Job Description:
We are looking for a career-minded person to join our team long-term. The right candidate will have a direct career path to Controller and then to VP of Finance. We will take the time to train in all aspects of our business, and the right person will have a home for life at a successful, fun, challenging, fast-paced, best-in-class family owned and operated foundry.
Responsibilities:
- Learning all aspects of the business including (but not limited to):
Manufacturing processes
Accounting and Manufacturing Software
Costing
- Improving utilization of costing and manufacturing software
- Assisting VP of Finance
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree &/or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or similar
- 2 years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
- IT & Software savvy preferred
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Confidentiality
- Professional demeanor
- Manages time efficiently and adapts quickly to changing priorities
